France supporters celebrated their team’s semifinal victory over Morocco on Dec. 14. Although supporters from both sides were predominantly peaceful, some clashes did break out both in Paris and Brussels when Morocco fans clashed with riot police. France is now heading for the final and, if successful, will be the first nation in decades to secure two consecutive World Cup wins.
