Cohen’s Testimony Shows No Evidence That Proves Elements of a Crime: Legal Analyst

Former President Donald Trump’s self-described “fixer,” Michael Cohen, testified on Monday in the New York business records trial. Part of his testimony alleged that President Trump said the story about Stormy Daniels would be a disaster if it were made public.

However, according to Jonathan Hullihan, the general counsel and director of legal operations at Citizens Defending Freedom, Mr. Cohen’s testimony provided no evidence that proves elements of a crime.
