Undergraduate college attendance has plummeted by nearly 9 percent in recent years. More and more people are choosing blue-collar jobs, which are currently in high demand. Meanwhile, people are turned off by colleges because of their combination of high costs and unsatisfying returns on investment. Is it still necessary to have a college degree?
