85 Percent of Top US Colleges Have Restrictive Speech Codes: Report

A new report by the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression, or FIRE, says 85 percent of top U.S. colleges have what the group calls restrictive speech codes. Notable names include Princeton, the University of Southern California, and the University of Notre Dame.
