Colorado Baker Who Refused to Make Gay Marriage Cake Back in Court–Over Gender Transition Cake

A Christian cakeshop owner is in court—again—for refusing a customer’s request. Jack Phillips of Masterpiece Cakeshop had previously been sued for refusing to bake a wedding cake for a gay couple. The Supreme Court ruled in his favor in that case, but now he is facing another legal challenge. David Daniel Monahan spoke with an attorney on the current case, which involves a request for a cake celebrating a gender transition.
