Concerns are brewing over whether Former President Donald Trump will receive a fair trial in Manhattan. Those could lead to pre-trial motions aimed at quashing the case. That’s according to a former federal prosecutor and legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation, Zack Smith. He says motions to move the trial to another part of the state, to have the judge dismiss the charges, and to refuse the judge based on alleged bias within their family are likely.
