The recent riots in France have raised concerns over public safety at next year’s Olympic Summer Games. Some stadiums or other premises hosting competitions will be in Paris suburbs, where many rioters in the past came from. NTD spoke to a former police commander who said it’s not certain that the safety of visitors and tourists can be guaranteed.
