Connecticut High School Girls to Appeal Transgender Athletes Case: Lawyer

We speak with attorney Christiana Holcomb, with the Alliance Defending Freedom. She is representing four female, high-school athletes, who are suing the Connecticut Interscholastic Athletic Conference, for allowing biological males, who identify as females, to compete in girls’ sports. A federal district-court judge just dismissed the case because the two trans athletes that prompted the suit have now graduated. But the legal team plans to appeal.
