Lawyers presented arguments last week in a case involving a University at Buffalo students group, Young Americans for Freedom, that says it is being targeted for its conservative viewpoint. NTD spoke with attorney Logan Spena from Alliance Defending Freedom who says the case is part of a troubling trend with the future of democracy itself at stake.
