COP26 Draft Deal Released

The U.N. climate summit in Glasgow has only three days to go, but there’s still lots to do. None of the three main U.N. goals have been achieved. The UK published a draft political decision for countries to negotiate. Prime Minister Boris Johnson has returned to the conference, hoping to press negotiators to turn promises into action.
