As this couple prepared to leave their apartment, they noticed a small, dehydrated bird inside their bedroom. They got in touch with their friend who is a veterinarian, and she gave them care instructions for the bird. The couple held the bird gently in their hands, stroked it to calm it down, and gave it water with a dropper. They released it from their balcony when it had recovered and was ready to fly.
