According to the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, North Carolina will have an extra 6 days to submit mail-in ballots on top of their previous 3-day extension.

Ballots cast by mail must still be postmarked on or before Election Day, but as long as they are received by Nov. 12, they can be counted.

Appeals courts have blocked mail-in ballot deadline extensions in Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
