Critical Race Theory: Catholic School Lawsuit

Parents of an 18-year-old girl in Missouri are suing her Catholic, all-girls high school. They say their daughter was subjected to “verbal attacks and physical threats, social ostracism, false imprisonment, permanent damage to her reputation, and severe and continuing emotional and psychiatric injury.” And, it’s all connected to critical race theory. We speak to Mark McCloskey, principal of McCloskey Law Center in St. Louis, Missouri and attorney for the plaintiffs.
