In Chicago, Tesla and electric vehicle (EV) owners face challenges charging their vehicles in the extreme cold despite significant investments by the nation’s energy and transportation departments in building charging stations nationwide. Keep in mind that President Joe Biden aims for half of all new vehicle sales to be electric by 2030.
