Curtis Sliwa, founder of the neighborhood watch group Guardian Angels, is offering New York City Mayor Eric Adams feral cats to fight rats.

In the wake of news that Adams has received more tickets for having rats at his building in Brooklyn, Sliwa said he planned to show up at the building at 2:30 p.m. ET on Wednesday afternoon and offer to organize a feral cat colony for his building and the block.
