Cyclone Debbie flood waters bring out jet skiers

Flash flood waters brought in by Cyclone Debbie was used by sports enthusiasts as an opportunity for fun.

They took jet skis onto land covered in water due to both the cyclone and the heavy rains that followed. They weaved in and out of trees on video captured by people in the area.

The cyclone was downgraded to a tropical low as it moved inland, but still caused the closure of 2,000 schools as it approached the capital, Brisbane.
