Chester County District Attorney and Pennsylvania state police hold a press conference at 3:00 p.m. ET on Sept. 7 to give updates on the search for Danelo Cavalcante, a 34-year-old inmate who has eluded a manhunt since he broke out of the Chester County Prison about 50 miles west of Philadelphia, on Aug. 31.
He was waiting to be transferred to a state correctional institution to begin serving a life sentence for killing his ex-girlfriend.
