Starbucks interim CEO Howard Schultz said in a Jan. 11 memo that corporate workers must return to the office at least three days a week by the end of January. Meanwhile, Walt Disney Co’s top boss Bob Iger also told employees to return to corporate offices, for four days a week starting March 1.
NTD spoke to Joe Hart, CEO of Dale Carnegie Training, about why some companies find it important to have people work at the office, while other companies would let people work remotely.
