Democrats in the House and Senate are having another go at passing the Green New Deal.
Two years ago, the Green New Deal was turned down by the Senate. Now, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) and Sen. Ed Markey (D-Mass.) are re-introducing the controversial bill.
