DeSantis Signs Patient Visitation Rights Bill

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has enshrined into state law “patient visitation rights.” This is to ensure patients are never again separated from their loved ones during a crisis, like so many were during the COVID-19 pandemic. DeSantis calls this a fundamental right.
