A stay-at-home Florida mother said she believes that while there is evil in the world, many people are also getting wiser.
Shannon Calzada, who studied psychology and theology, was inspired after reading “How Humankind Came To Be,” an article that Falun Gong founder Mr. Li Hongzhi published in The Epoch Times and NTD. She said it’s not something that one would normally read from a news organization, and called the content profound.
“We’re living in dark times that I never thought that I would see in my lifetime, definitely concerned about the direction we’re going in as humanity,” she said.
“But then again, I still have more faith in the goodness of people, and I believe even though I think there’s maybe a lot of evil in the world and it’s becoming more organized, I also believe, at the same time, in that yin and yang philosophy—that there is another side of people who are getting wiser and growing.”
