California Gov. Gavin Newsom is promoting a reparations program for black residents. The state’s government says it will correct what it calls the “housing wealth gap.” NTD speaks to Barrington Martin II, host of The Barrington Report and former Democratic congressional candidate for Georgia, for analysis.
