The judge overseeing the Georgia election interference case against former President Donald Trump has set a Feb. 15 hearing over accusations that the Fulton County district attorney and her top deputy had an improper relationship and mishandled public money.
The hearing will focus on allegations by a Trump co-defendant who accused Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis of engaging in an “improper, clandestine personal relationship” with special prosecutor Nathan Wade.
The hearing is scheduled to start at 9:30 a.m. ET on Feb. 15.
