Disturbing new video footage shows a man verbally abusing a woman in Portland before telling her that her husband, who perished in the 9/11 terrorist attacks, “should rot in the grave.”

The video clip shows a man who is allegedly a member of the far-left extremist group, Antifa, yelling at a woman who was part of a conservative group that organized a flash march “for Law and Order” on Oct. 13.

The video, pulled from a 30-minute recording posted on YouTube by independent journalist Brandon Farley (the interaction starts at 21:20), shows the two facing off at the edge of the street.

“Why are you trying to block me?” the man yells from behind the woman who is standing on the side of the street. “I’m [expletive] trying to walk here.”

“Because I obey traffic signals,” the woman responded.

The alleged Antifa member then curses repeatedly at the woman, calling her names. “Try something, [expletive],” the woman responds.

“I’m not going to punch you, I’m not like your husband, I’m not going to punch you,” the man taunts. The woman tells him she’s not married.

After further provocation, she turns and tells the man while pointing at her NYPD hat, “My husband died on 9/11.”

The man then targets her dead husband.

“Good for him,” the man responded. “Good, good.” The man claimed the NYPD officers were abusive toward immigrants.

“So yeah, your husband, should probably [expletive] rot in the grave,” he added as they walked across the street after the light changed.

The man, who is allegedly part of Antifa, was spotted earlier in the video as part of a group yelling at the conservative group that organized.

Antifa Attacks Again

The latest clashes in Portland featured Antifa members assaulting the conservative Patriot Prayer group, which has been holding free speech events and other events in the Oregon city. The clash included physical confrontations as the two groups used bear spray, bare fists, and batons, reported The Oregonian.

Anytime the conservatives hold an event, Antifa gathers to “counterprotest.”

Antifa, which is short for “antifascist,” claims to oppose fascism but is known to use fascist tactics such as trying to deny others’ free speech and their freedom to assemble and has strong links to communism.

The group advocates the use of violence, claiming that a nonviolent approach doesn’t work. Some Portland residents have said the violent clashes between the extremist group and conservative groups, combined with a glaring lack of response from the city and police officers, have made the city unlivable.

In an gathering that included Antifa members earlier in October, protesting the killing of an alleged murderer by police officers, members began damaging a vehicle after the driver tried to flee from an area they had taken over illegally.

The man later said they inflicted $3,000 in damage to his vehicle, saying he couldn’t believe what had happened in downtown Portland.
