Music producer, DJ Khaled revealed that he and his wife will be expecting a second child in a video he posted on his Instagram on Sept. 12.
In the video, his wife, Nicole Tuck was seen having an ultrasound where a baby seen on the sonogram. Both her son, Asahd and the music producer were present to support her.

“God is the greatest. All I ever wanted to do was inspire the world to be great and to leave a legacy,” he wrote on his Instagram post.” Almost 3 years ago when I found out my queen was expecting our son Asahd I knew my life would change forever and that OUR legacy would soon be on they way.”
According to the music producer, his family was the inspiration for some of the most successful albums in his career—he released two of his biggest albums, “Grateful” and “Father of Asahd,” in 2017 and 2019 respectively, after his wife gave birth to their son, Asahd.
“Just when I thought life couldn’t get any better, I received another blessing that my queen is expecting an addition to our legacy,” he wrote. “I’m feeling more inspired than ever now. As we go into this journey, I’m taking FANLUV along with me to keep the love and blessings flowing to the world! #FAMILY.”
DJ Khaled expressed his love for his son, his wife, and the as yet-to-be-born child in the post, writing, “MY QUEEN I LOVE YOU SO MUCH! ASAHD I LOVE YOU SO MUCH! And to the little boy in my QUEEN’S BELLY, I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!”
Fans took to the comments to congratulate the music producer.
TMZ reported that the music producer enjoyed being a father to his son. So much so that he named his son as one of the executive producers on his 10th studio album, “Grateful.” The first album that was inspired by the birth of his son. At the time, his son Asahd was only four months old.
From what people can see from the Instagram video, it appears that the child that they are expecting would be another boy. DJ Khaled could be heard saying, “that’s your brother,” at the beginning of the video. He was also heard saying, “Asahd, you’re going to have a brother.”
The gender of his second son is seemingly revealed in the video. But the couple has not yet settled on a name for the second child.
According to Complex, DJ Khaled live-streamed the birth of his first son on his “snapchat,” which gained him nation-wide attention back in 2016. It is not known whether the music producer will be broadcasting the birth of his second child on his social media this time around.
