Dr. Peter McCullough on California Law: Misinformation Doesn’t Exist, Only ‘Evolving Scientific Data’

California Gov. Gavin Newsom recently signed into law a bill to prevent doctors from spreading misinformation about COVID-19, specifically anything contradictory to the consensus. NTD spoke with Dr. Peter McCullough, an internist, cardiologist, epidemiologist, and leading expert on COVID-19 treatment who also authored “Courage to Face COVID-19.” He calls the new law “oddly timed” when there are few severe COVID-19 cases and said, “I can tell you as a doctor that [misinformation] doesn’t exist; there is simply evolving scientific data.”
