DOJ Likely to Sue Iowa Over New Immigration Law: Immigration Policy Analyst

Iowa on April 10 became the second state, after Texas, to enact an immigration law allowing arrest and deportation of illegal immigrants. Andrew Arthur, former immigration judge and fellow in law and policy at the Center for Immigration Studies, says the Department of Justice is likely to sue Iowa over the new law.
