Drew Barrymore has been focusing on her health and diet lately and it’s paid off in a 25-pound loss of weight. However, she says she still misses pizza.

On Monday, Feb. 4, the “Santa Clarita Diet” star posted a photo on Instagram of a slice of pizza behind glass with text that read: “In Case of Emergency, Break Glass.” Barrymore captioned the post, “This is exactly how I feel on my diet right now!”

The post received nearly 150,000 likes with many fans echoing Barrymore’s struggle.

“Always is an emergency,” one user joked.

Another added, “I have the same one. BTW, anyone know where I can buy replacement Glass??”

“It’s the bread and cheese combo that is my worst enemy,” another added. “Why does it have to taste soooo good?!? Why can’t kale taste like that.”

Another user added words of encouragement: “I feel like you absolutely don’t need to diet, but I feel your pain. I’m currently home with a baby and I’m eating out the house because I can. You can do it Drew, I have all the faith.”

Barrymore said she has been dieting for a few months. In December, the 43-year-old revealed in a since-deleted Instagram post that she lost a whopping 25 pounds through a diet and exercise routine, according to Women’s Health. She also gave a shoutout to nutritionist Marnie Alton, founder of Barre Belle, for helping her reach her goals.

“You can tell my face is so much thinner,” Barrymore wrote at the time. “This takes me so much work. Diet and exercise and fighting like a lion for it! Damn you genetics! And yet thank you for all the good stuff. I love where I come from (JOHN ETHEL LIONEL) and whatever package it comes in. I just know that I have the control to be what I want.”

However, Barrymore didn’t stop there. On New Year’s Eve, she shared a video of herself participating in a 305 Fitness class.

“Getting my New Year’s Eve dance on because I am too old to go clubbing,” she captioned the post. “#momsnewyears#stillneedtodance #thisismygrownuparty MAY EVERYONE HAVE A HAPPY AND HEALTHY AND JOYUS NEW YEARS.”

Recently, on Feb. 2, Barrymore gave a shoutout to Kimberly Snyder, author of “Recipes for Your Perfectly Imperfect Life.”

“She is my guru and a genius. And a great heart,” Barrymore captioned an Instagram video of herself in her kitchen. She notes that Snyder’s new supplements are now available and adds, “If you want to learn about everything from digestion to inner peace, she is your girl. She cured me naturally [of] so many ailments. She is the real deal.”

Barrymore fans are always thankful for her genuine and down-to-earth posts. In particular, fans really resonated with one post in late December where the star shared a very raw photo of herself crying. She placed two photos side by side and captioned the post, “Sure, I can be this with two hours of hair and makeup and amazing photography and lighting. I also feel beautiful after a sweaty workout…But it all takes work!”

“Which is good because we can achieve it,” she continued. “What I can’t hide is that some days are difficult and not so pretty…(swipe for photo #2 and I realize I am lucky with solvable problems and my gratitude is never ending. But sometimes life can just get to you and take you down for a minute! But we cry and then pick ourselves up and put one foot in front of the other).”

“I love your real transparency,” one user commented.

Another wrote, “This post is everything to me.”

“Thank you, thank you, thank you for being genuine,” another wrote. “Being real makes you even more beautiful.”
