Drought Devastates Bee Colonies in North Dakota

There was barely a buzz in the air as bee-keeper John Miller pried the lid off one of several “bee boxes” in Gackle, North Dakota. A scorching drought there has devastated bee colonies and, in turn, threatened U.S. food crops.
