Norfolk Southern said over 1 million gallons of contaminated water and 15,000 lbs of contaminated soil were excavated from the train derailment site. This comes after warnings to local residents not to drink or bathe in the water. NTD spoke to Epoch Times reporter, Jeff Louderback, who has been covering the story from the ground. He says despite the state and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) saying the area is safe, residents are still facing headaches, vomiting, skin rashes, and burning eyes.
