Ingredients:

Chicken breasts 300G
Potatoes 200G
Onion 70G
Sweet potato powder 3 tbsp
Cornstarch 1 tbsp
Marinade:
Soy sauce 1.2 tbsp
Chaiyu powder 1/2 tsp
Rice wine 1/2 tsp
Grated ginger juice 1/4 tsp
Five spices powder 1/4 tsp
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Directions:

1. Grate onion
2. Dice potato and steam, 1/3 diced, 2/3 pressed into mashed potato (or adjust to your taste)
3. Dice chicken breast
4. Marinade for 20 points
5. Add onion and mix well; add cornstarch and mix well
6. Separate the mixture into bite sites and coated with sweet potato powder
7. Fry at temp 340° F/170°C until the surface slightly golden
8. Take the popcorn chicken out and raise the oil temp
9. Deep fry for the 2nd time for about 1~2 minutes until it turns crispy
10. Enjoy with original flavor or sprinkle salt and pepper or hot pepper according to personal taste!
