Eat rich without the fat oil

How can you find a food you like, which is also healthy for you?

It all happened when an Italian is traveling in Mexico. He discovered Avocado. At the same time, his friend was struggling in Seattle to find healthy and satisfying lunch, caught in a dilemma between cheeseburger, pizza, and salads.

Sparkle came out when the two got together to develop their own food chain. The main ingredient in a burger is replaced with avocado. In fact, all the food on their menu is based on avocado, hence the eatery is named Avocaderia.

Being a fat fruit, avocado tastes creamy and rich. Therefore, having one avocado in a meal feels much fuller than merely having salads. It is indeed rich, in a good way. Avocados provide nearly 20 essential nutrients, including fiber, potassium, magnesium, Vitamin E, B-vitamins, and folic acid.

News soon spread on social media.

“We’ve been receiving people all over the world, especially in the summer when tourists flood into New York, from Russia, Asia, Australia, and Africa, ” said Francesco Brachetti, one of the young co-founders of Avocaderia.

At a time when the millennials would spend $20 for an avocado sandwich, the items on his menu is all under $15, ranging from $6-14 plus.

Located in the Industry City Food Hall, 254 36th Street, Brooklyn, New York, the business people in the neighborhood provide a steady customer base, with regular customers come two or three times a week, according to Brachetti.

The weekend is more of a tourists crowd. They open 7 days a week. Better come before three o’clock.

Their next step is to open a second location in Manhattan.

“SKY is the limit,” said Francesco Brachetti with a gentle smile.
