Eating Fat to Stay Healthy?

It is important to be able to distinguish between healthy and non-healthy fats. Healthy fats like those found in olive oil, salmon, avocado, and a selection of nuts and seeds can have immune-strengthening effects. Unhealthy fats include trans fats or high levels of saturated fats, which can cause inflammation and weaken the immune system.
