The company is criticizing the bloc’s risk-based approach to regulating the technology. Meanwhile, in the United States, generative AI is quickly changing the tech world, and now some lawmakers, like Rep. Jacob Auchincloss (D-Mass.), are urging Congress to get an early advantage over regulating AI.
