In Kerala, southern India, a young elephant that had fallen into a ten-feet deep well was rescued. In the video, the elephant can be seen at the bottom of a ten-foot pit. An excavator creates a ramp leading up out of the pit. The elephant was able to climb out after a four-hour rescue operation.
