Pubs and other restaurants have taken a major hit over the last couple of years with the pandemic, the lockdowns, and now skyrocketing energy prices. Many pubs are closing down every week, removing a central part of local communities. NTD spoke with the owner of the Summerfield Pub to understand his plight, as well as how he hopes to get through this coming winter.
