A research report has found a 74 percent increase in rape or attempted rape at American schools. The Defense of Freedom Institute report, titled “Catching the Trash,” is based on federal data from 2015–2018 for nearly 100,000 schools across the United States. Sexual assault complaints in K–12 schools were found to have more than tripled from 2010–2019.
