Facts Matter (Jan. 25): Texas Files Lawsuit Against Biden Administration For Endangering Citizens

Shortly after taking office, President Biden issued a 100-day freeze on deportations—meaning that illegal aliens here in the U.S. cannot be deported back to their home countries. However, Texas is fighting against this order, saying that it endangers its citizens.
