About The Sons of History
Dustin Bass is an author and the co-host of The Sons of History podcast, which covers various historical topics primarily about Western civilization. He is a book reviewer and regular contributor to The Epoch Times on the subjects of history and the Constitution. He is also the host of the new show "About the Book," a show about new books with the authors who wrote them, which is exclusively on The Epoch Times' video platform EpochTV. He is also a Golden Gloves Champion. Alan Wakim was born in a small Oklahoma town in 1967 to a pilot and political exile father from Lebanon and a stay-at-home mother. He is self-educated in history, geography, politics, and foreign cultures. In 1974, he began reading history books and found himself easily absorbing the information that came his way. Although he worked in the financial and technical industries, his interest in history as hobby broadened to geography, politics, culture, literature, and religion. This expanded to different periods in world history: classical, medieval, and modern.
