European Union Foreign Policy Chief Josep Borrell holds a press conference on the situation in Israel and Gaza at 12:30 p.m. ET on Oct. 10 after chairing an emergency meeting of the bloc’s foreign ministers via video.
Mr. Borrell is in Oman for a planned meeting with the Gulf Cooperation Council.
