The EU’s medicines regulator said they were concerned about repeat COVID-19 vaccination within a short term, saying “we cannot really continuously give a booster dose every three [to] four months.” On Tuesday its Head of Vaccines Strategy said there was a risk of overloading the immune system with repeated immunization as well as of fatiguing the population with booster campaigns.
