The European Union recommended Monday to take the United States off its safe travel list, banning Americans from nonessential travel to its member states, because of rising CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus infections. But the guidance is non-binding, meaning each individual EU country still has the final say over whether to allow fully vaccinated U.S. travelers in.
