EU Will Engage With but Not Recognize Taliban

The European Union’s foreign policy chief said the bloc will have to engage with the Taliban to provide support to the Afghan people and prevent a migratory wave to Europe—even if it doesn’t recognize the group as legitimate rulers of the country.
