Excess Executive Orders Anti-Democratic: Sen. Lee

Utah Senator Mike Lee is concerned about the number of executive orders going through. He says the U.S. president has had too much power, for far too long, and that it’s unconstitutional. He spoke on March 31 about efforts to give some of that power back to Congress.
