California is bracing itself for a surge of summer weather this week, as temperatures were predicted to rapidly increase over the upcoming days, according to a National Weather Service (NWS) bulletin released on July 12.
This will result in hazardous heat conditions across numerous regions that will persist throughout the weekend.
