Exhibition Explores Rivalry of Famous Queens

London’s British Library is hosting an exhibition exploring the turbulent relationship between two powerful women who struggled for control of the British Isles: Elizabeth I and Mary, Queen of Scots. The rival queens never met, but their relationship dominated English and Scottish politics for 30 years. The exhibition uses their handwritten notes to learn about the women in their own words.
