Expert: Congress Shouldn’t Suspend Debt Limit

Some are concerned that because the government won’t be allowed to issue any more treasury notes to raise funds, social security payments won’t go out or veterans won’t get paid, among a number of other things. At this stage, is there really any option but to raise or suspend the debt limit again?

NTD asked Vance Ginn, a former associate director of the Office of Management and Budget, who is now with the Texas Public Policy Foundation.
