It looks like grocery stores expect prices to keep rising. The Wall Street Journal reports that supermarkets are stocking up at today’s prices so they can get a better margin in the future, even if prices go up. NTD asked Professor Michael Busler at Stockton University if there’s any reason we should think prices won’t continue to rise.
