Expert: Russian Ruble Crisis May Not Be Over

The Russian ruble is recovering against the U.S. dollar, after collapsing right after the West’s sanctions imposed on Russia over its invasion of Ukraine.

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday signed a decree that all “unfriendly countries” pay for Russian energy in rubles, not euros or dollars. He is also telling buyers to open ruble accounts in Russian banks.
