Facts Matter (Dec. 24): New Bill Allows for Indefinite Detention of Unvaccinated at Governor’s Whim

In Ohio, a new bill has just been signed into law that will protect babies who were born despite a doctor’s attempt to abort them.

Meanwhile, the definition of what it means to be “fully vaccinated” is really changing. New regulations are going into place across the entire country—in schools, restaurants, hospitals, opera houses, and so on—which are now requiring people to show proof of having gotten a booster shot in order to work there—or even to enter the premises.

And the state of New York might take it a step further. They have a new bill that’s working its way through the state legislature that would allow the government to place people that they deem to be “threats to public health” into indefinite detention.
